Service Warranty Coverage
We offer a 1-year warranty on the following services:
- Overhaul Services, including replacement of external parts
- Battery Replacement for quartz watches
This warranty covers functional issues directly related to the work performed by our specialists.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by mishandling, impact, or exposure to moisture (if water-resistance was not part of the original service)
- Issues arising from third-party tampering after our service
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, strap wear, battery depletion after replacement)
- Polishing results that may be affected by previous restoration work or excessive wear
Our Commitment to Quality
Every watch that leaves The Watch Spa undergoes:
- Final inspection by a senior technician
- Functional testing based on service type
- Optional water-resistance testing (upon client request)
- Careful packaging for secure handover or collection
What to Do if an Issue Arises
If you experience a problem related to your service within the warranty period:
- Contact us directly through phone, email, or our Contact Page
- Bring your timepiece in for a no-cost evaluation
- If the issue falls within warranty terms, we’ll correct it at no additional charge
- Please present the official receipt issued at the time of service. This is required for us to honor the warranty and proceed with any re-servicing.
