What is the turnaround time for each service?
Service times vary depending on complexity:
- Battery Replacement: While you wait
- Polishing: 2–3 weeks
- PPF Installation: 2–3 weeks
- Overhaul / Complete Service: 4–6 weeks
In general, services can take anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks.

Parts & Authenticity
Do you use original parts?
Yes — we use original manufacturer parts unless a client specifically requests aftermarket alternatives.
If brand-specific parts are unavailable, will you inform me?
Absolutely. We always consult with you before proceeding with any substitutions or alternatives.
Special Cases
Do you service vintage or antique watches?
Yes, we do. Our team has the expertise to handle heirloom and vintage pieces with the utmost care.
Do you service watches with complicated movements?
Yes — including tourbillons, perpetual calendars, moonphases, and other advanced complications.
Customer Logistics
Do you offer pick-up or delivery services?
Not at this time. All timepieces must be brought to and picked up from our Discovery Primea location.
Do you accept international clients or watches shipped from abroad?
While we currently do not service international clients, we’re happy to explore options with you. Please reach out to us directly for assistance.
Polishing & Preferences
Do you polish all metals?
We polish gold, titanium, steel, and platinum. However, ceramic cannot be polished.
Can I request that my watch not be polished?
Yes. Clients may opt for a no-polish policy, and we’ll respect that instruction throughout the service.
Quotations & Consent
Is there a fee for assessment?
No. Assessments are free of charge.
How can I get an exact quote?

How do I approve the service?
Client consent may be given either by:
- Signing the official service document, or
- Sending a written approval via Viber or WhatsApp.
