At The Watch Spa, our commitment to your timepiece extends beyond servicing. This section is dedicated to helping you navigate the post-service process with ease and confidence.

Check Service Status

Want to follow up on the status of your watch?

Simply reach out through Viber, WhatsApp, or call us during store hours. Please have your Repair Slip or Service ID ready for faster assistance.

Claiming Your Watch

Once your service is complete, we’ll notify you via your preferred channel. Watches must be claimed within 15 days of the notice date to avoid storage fees. Kindly bring a valid government-issued ID and your Repair Slip upon pickup.

If someone else will claim the item for you, please provide:

  • A signed authorization letter
  • A copy of your valid ID
  • The authorized person’s valid ID

Warranty Period

Overhaul services and battery replacements come with a one-year warranty. Please bring your official receipt if warranty re-servicing is needed.

Note: Damage from misuse, external parts, and crystal issues are not covered.

Unclaimed Watches

Watches not claimed within 30 days of notice will be placed in secure storage. We will hold them for up to 60 additional days. Watches left for more than one year will be considered abandoned and The Watch Spa will not be held liable.
